As the
**HRIS Specialist**, you would provide solutions to maximise the user experience. You would work closely with key stakeholders to identify, translate and implement functional requirements.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide advanced systems configuration expertise in one or more of Workday, SABA, Vision and Chris21.
- Act as internal consultant regarding system capabilities including the design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives
- Support architecture, scoping, implementation and post-production phases of the projects
- Collaborate with the systems community to remain informed about enhancements
- Create documentation for new processes and update existing documentation based on enhancements made to existing processes and tools
- Work with all business units to identify data to be converted from legacy systems when and where applicable
- Become an expert in the systems product suite - Ideally with a focus on Core HR functionality, Compensation, Absence Management, Job Architecture & Reporting
- Oversee the management of systems security to ensure security balances need for risk management enabling people to perform their roles with the collaboration of the team.
- Identify and manage the risks, controls and dependencies with people processes and associated automation.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in HCM business process design, management and impacts
- Experience in key stakeholder engagement and expectation management
- Able to work autonomously to deliver outcomes based on clear objectives.
- Understanding and applied skills in systems configuration design, testing and implementation.
- Understanding of systems best practice design principles
- Experience with systems integration
- Experience of object-based database and reporting configuration
- Knowledge of finance, integration and reporting processes and lifecycle events
