Business Development Manager APAC Learning Initiatives

This role is a unique opportunity to drive business outcomes and foster strategic partnerships with operational stakeholders within the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders worldwide to plan and execute learning events, programs, and initiatives tailored to the specific needs of both new and existing buildings. This includes nurturing effective relationships with stakeholders in World Wide Operations, support functions, and external vendors, all aimed at delivering on our customer-centric approach.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with proven experience in leadership development who can leverage this expertise to support countries in managing their needs assessment and thinking big to provide innovative approaches for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and devise targeted solutions driving business impact
- Design and implement learning solutions aligned with business objectives, utilizing various delivery methods for optimal outcomes
- Analyze business data for actionable insights, communicating findings effectively through reports to contribute to regional business reviews and strategic planning
- Identify and align individual leadership development plans, build a catalogue of learning content according to business needs, and facilitate delivery and completion of training

What We Offer:
In addition to a competitive estimated salary range of AUD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including the ability to work out of one of the following locations: Sydney, NSW, AUS, and travel opportunities up to 20% of the time.
