Supply Chain Trainee Opportunity

As a School-based Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in our Irrigation & Pools branch.
This traineeship is ideal for Year 10 students who are eager to learn and take on new challenges. You will be responsible for embracing our company values, policies, and procedures, as well as providing customer service, processing sales, managing stock, and maintaining a high standard of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embracing company values, policies, and procedures
- Providing customer service
- Completing all requirements of the certificate
- Processing sales
- Managing stock
- Answering phone calls
- Communicating with customers and staff
- Building product knowledge
- Providing follow-up to customers
- Maintaining a high standard of the branch
About You:
We are looking for individuals who have good written and verbal communication skills, can follow instructions, and are enthusiastic about learning and growing with our team. As a team player, you will be required to maintain a neat and tidy workplace and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
The traineeship is based at our Irrigation & Pools branch in Tweed Heads, with the equivalent of one and a half days per week spent working in the branch. Must have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
