Main Responsibilities:
  • Secure procurement of Bought-In Finished Goods for Fosroc and Porters Paint businesses ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop and manage finished goods requirements across multiple suppliers (over 1000 SKUs), optimising delivery performance.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels across Dulux distribution centres and trade store networks using DRP and SAP tools.
  • Coordinate import deliveries working with customs clearance agents to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Resolve blocked or parked invoices with suppliers and accounts in a timely manner.
  • Analyse inventory data to reduce freight costs, touchpoints, and obsolete or expired stock.
  • Maintain accurate SAP master data to support Just-in-Time and safety stock levels across all distribution centres.
  • Lead supplier reviews and facilitate team training and cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and DRP systems, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience in supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Process-oriented, focused on efficiency and standardisation.
  • Reliable team player with integrity and relationship-building skills.
