We're seeking a results-driven Commercial Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and delivering strategic objectives.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial support to our Head of Supply Chain and their teams, covering areas such as Continuous Improvement, Supply Planning, and Procurement. This includes:

  • Partnering with Supply Chain teams to deliver business performance targets through value-added analysis and insights on costs down to EBIT drivers, including equipment and capital.
  • Preparing and managing performance reporting processes across our Supply Chain, including month-end commentary, trading updates, reporting, and insights.
  • Responsible for Sales and Operational Planning process of Supply Review, providing risk-adjusted financial analysis and insights.
  • Manage the forecast outlook and budget conversion costs for our manufacturing site, including full P&L impact driven by actual production costs and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services Centre to deliver New Product costings and Annual Standard COGS.
  • Responsible for planning and budgeting of Annual Standard COGS, coordinating gathering of assumptions and guidance from S&OP team, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Coordinate commodity hedge strategy and outcomes with the Procurement Finance team and manage the P&L impact.
  • Influence key operational and strategic decisions through ad-hoc analysis and projects.
  • Work effectively with business leaders to uplift commercial acumen.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative, and empowered team culture.
