Key Requirements- A minimum of experience in a leadership role within luxury F&B venues, hotels, or high-end restaurants.
- Possession of strong operational acumen, with the ability to balance hands-on service with strategic oversight.
- Knowledge of POS systems, financial reporting, rostering, and inventory management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-energy environments.
- A current RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is mandatory.
