Restaurant Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments. As a Restaurant Manager at our company, you will play a key role in ensuring that our standards are met every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 20-50 employees to drive sales growth and build engagement within the restaurant.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Area Managers to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard.
  • Financial Management: Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Community Engagement: Ownership of local matters program for the restaurant by engaging with the local community groups to make a difference.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of leadership experience, managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues.
  • Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing and engaged teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports and opportunity for sales growth.
  • Organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
