About the Centre Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Centre Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving centre performance, empowering our team, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of Storage Consultants to achieve high performance targets
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
  • Oversee operational excellence, managing centre presentation, maintenance, administration, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on centre financial performance to the Operations Manager
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with our values and promotes teamwork, care, and excellence

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1+ years' experience in a management or team leader role in a high-volume setting
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate situations
  • Proven track record in working towards sales targets and KPIs
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build a strong team environment
  • Motivated, proactive, and positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • A driver's license and car (essential)
  • A forklift license (desirable)
