Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage financial performance, forecasting, and budgeting to achieve exceptional results.
  • Cultivate revenue growth through innovative initiatives and effective cost management.
  • Develop and execute accurate forecasts and manage operational budgets.
  • Maintain robust debtor control and uphold financial discipline across centre operations.
  • Monitor sales and traffic data, assess tenant performance, and drive centre commercial outcomes and tenant success.
  • Oversee centre operations, including contractor performance and capital works, ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers, contractors, customers, and local councils.
  • Lead organisational improvement initiatives and promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify strengths and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Build a high-performing team by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Foster capability through knowledge sharing and support team members in setting clear objectives and development plans.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in centre management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering commercial results.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, property, or a related field.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
