Lead Childcare Operations Manager Opportunity

This exceptional role offers a motivated and experienced childcare professional the chance to enhance embedded practice and lead teams across multiple services in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a drive to deliver exceeding practice, a passion for the sector, and a desire for continuous improvement.

  • Key responsibilities include implementing effective programming, safety measures, quality control, and compliance; coaching and mentoring teams to improve capability and unlock everyone's potential.

  • A strong understanding of industry processes and regulations is essential, including knowledge of the National Law and Regulation, National Quality Standard, and internal policies and procedures.

  • The successful candidate will be expected to provide critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service, while maintaining a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change.

  • This leadership role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery and exceed expectations at every step of our process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is required, with a minimum of two years in a management or senior operational role.

  • Experience as a lead manager is highly desirable, along with strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.

  • A completed qualification approved by ACECQA and current first aid certification are mandatory requirements for this position.

  • A valid driver's license and ability to visit multiple centres in the region are also essential.
