About Your New Role
  • You will lead and enhance embedded practice across your services
  • Implement the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality and compliance
  • Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledge
  • Responsibility across rostering, financial management and community engagement
  • Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service
Experience And Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is required
  • Experience as an Area Manager
  • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of the National Law & Regulation
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard
  • Strong understanding of TheirCare's internal policies and procedures
  • Has a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change
  • Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Current first aid
  • Driver\'s license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region
