The Finance Manager role at Vertiv is a critical position that requires exceptional financial expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance cash flow management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and quarterly performance reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to SOX, VPP, and local statutory requirements, identifying and mitigating financial risks to protect the organization's interests.
  • People Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Safety, Environment, and Quality: Comply with Work, Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality obligations, fostering a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • Professional Qualifications: Degree in business, accounting/finance discipline, CPA/CA qualification.
  • Experience: 5-10 years' experience in finance/accounting, with proven leadership skills and experience in managing subordinate staff.
