Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in maintaining and developing customer relationships, guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process, and presenting finance and insurance options. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building long-term business partnerships to encourage repeat transactions.
  • Understanding and exceeding customer needs with expert advice and service.
  • Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles and recommending additional beneficial services.
  • Staying informed about product knowledge and market trends.
  • Handling all administrative tasks related to sales.
  • Maintaining accurate client information in our database.

Key Info

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Base Salary: $62,444 PLUS uncapped commission

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training in ethical sales practices. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • An excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management.
  • Holder of a current and valid driver’s license, with the ability to drive a manual transmission.
