Reliability Engineer - Cloud and On-Premise Platforms
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development and maintenance of cloud and on-premise platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
The primary purpose of this role is to drive proactive improvements in platform performance, reliability, and developer experience across multiple environments. This includes designing and implementing developer-friendly tools, identifying bottlenecks in integration and deployment pipelines, and collaborating with development teams to enable self-service tooling for managing deployments, logs, and infrastructure resources.
Key responsibilities include continuously improving build, test, and deployment automation for Kubernetes infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments (AWS/GCP), providing better visibility into Kubernetes environments through improved observability tools, dashboards, and metrics, and managing and improving Kubernetes orchestration across on-premise infrastructure and AWS/GCP clusters to ensure reliability, scalability, and consistency.
This is a full-time role offering a unique opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in software or systems engineering
- Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD
- Experience in software development using languages like Go or Python
- Familiarity with container platforms, including Kubernetes
- Expertise in observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus
- Strong understanding of Linux and cloud networking fundamentals
