About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to join our team at VenuesWest. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects in social housing and infrastructure, aligned with our Ministerial priorities to address community needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide whole of life project management across several built form projects or may be responsible for the delivery of one complex project.
  • Contribute to project initiation and business case development, funding submissions, stakeholder engagement and management, and project monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and close-out.
  • Oversight of our Asset Investment Program (AIP) assurance functions, including reporting, governance, and program controls, including expenditure, schedule, and risk.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on social housing and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and manage complex business cases.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
