Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in shaping and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement across our network of dealerships.

You will be based at our state-of-the-art facility, where you will be part of a forward-thinking and supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within our dealerships.
  • Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to implement new processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Support and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
  • Coach team members and leaders on Lean principles and practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Continuous Improvement or LEAN project management.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills to support strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured, methodical mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
