Enterprise Transformation Lead

The role of the Enterprise Transformation Lead is to drive and support business transformation efforts across operations. This involves driving process enhancement, implementing fit-for-purpose digital solutions, and co-developing a strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

  • Develop and deliver an enterprise business transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future-state processes.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders and business unit leads to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
  • Support the centralization and standardization of key functions across the enterprise to enhance operational flexibility and decision-making.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
  • Track and report on transformation KPIs, benefits realization, and implementation risks.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital fluency across the organization.

Key Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in business transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale or government-aligned environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly working with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a delivery mindset.
