The Challenge

As a Senior Solutions Consultant for our Adobe Experience Cloud business, you'll play a critical role in crafting solutions that help businesses achieve their most significant objectives. You'll collaborate with our Sales organization, Technical, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to drive the adoption of Experience Cloud solutions within accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, functional, and subject matter expertise to our customer base
  • Create and deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations
  • Help drive the adoption of Experience Cloud solutions within accounts
  • Work with Sales Professionals in a consultative approach to identifying and solving business problems

Requirements

  • Knowledge of MarTech applications, including Analytics, Email, CDP, CRM, and Web
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • Technical skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (a plus)
  • Ability to craft innovative user experiences combining content, personalized experience, and marketing automation
  • Experience building and communicating use cases and value propositions
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment
