Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to lead the implementation of Experian Power Curve Collections for Collabera Digital.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution design, data analytics, and financial services, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in solution design, focusing on financial services and collections systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of Experian Power Curve Collections, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Data Integration: Collaborate with data teams to integrate various data sources into the Power Curve platform, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data for decision-making.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and deploy collections strategies using Power Curve's strategy design studio, optimizing for performance and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, compliance, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and refine collections strategies to improve KPIs and operational efficiency.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to business users on the Power Curve platform, ensuring effective utilization of its features.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution design, with a focus on financial services and collections systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Experian Power Curve, data integration, and analytics tools.
  • Optional - Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
