
Technical Customer Advocate

The Service Centre Support role is a key position that requires exceptional technical skills and customer service expertise. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to various stakeholders, including managing mobile devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and deploying software updates.
This role demands a Certificate IV or higher-level IT qualification, as well as working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 and Microsoft Suite. Additionally, experience with hardware platforms, such as laptops and mobile devices, is essential.
As a Service Centre Support specialist, you must possess excellent communication skills, be solutions-focused, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
