Project Manager - External Fulfillment

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our External Fulfillment projects, driving expansion initiatives to support business growth.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for scoping, developing, and implementing end-to-end technical/business solutions for new EF nodes, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects within scope, time, budget, and quality.
  • Key responsibilities include owning the performance of EF nodes, ensuring success of sellers on-boarded in EF programs, and contributing to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels, as well as sound business judgment and analytical thinking skills.
  • Prior experience with analytical tools such as data warehouse tables: SQL/Visual Basic/Power BI is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, retail, and/or consulting, with a history of owning/driving results.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience problem solving, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills where statements are high-impact, relevantly pitched for the audience, and frugal on time.
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position.
  • Business case decision-making, complex problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
  • Team player who can facilitate successful project work, operating to deadlines.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as data warehouse tables: SQL/Visual Basic/Power BI.
