Key Role in External Fulfillment Operations

This is a crucial position that plays a pivotal role in our external fulfillment operations, responsible for orchestrating with partners to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external partners to meet transport operational standards and customer expectations by fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Manage communications and resolutions between stakeholders regarding external fulfillment issues through active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor and analyze fulfillment performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement by leveraging data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Coordinate projects to improve fulfillment speed, reduce costs, and enhance overall service quality by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage innovation and efficiency in external fulfillment transport operations by promoting a growth mindset and embracing change.
  • Work with the Business Intelligence team to design detailed reporting on key operational metrics and performance indicators to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Provide regular reports to management on fulfillment operations, highlighting achievements and identifying challenges with actionable insights for improvement by utilizing data visualization tools.
  • Use data analytics tools and techniques to drive decision-making and support strategic operational initiatives by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of external fulfillment transportation processes by promoting a collaborative work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in supply chain and logistics, operations, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
