Australia External Fulfillment Program Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to spearhead the growth and development of our External Fulfillment program in Australia. You will be responsible for managing and controlling the performance, cost, and capacity of Logistics providers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and analyzing customer experience and delivery performance, maintaining and developing KPIs and SLAs with 3PL
- Contributing and leading expansion projects within the Australia External Fulfillment to support business and selection growth
- Scoping, developing, and implementing end-to-end technical/business solutions for new EF nodes
- Ensuring the performance of the EF nodes and being responsible for the success of sellers on-boarded in EF programs
- Working with our transportation team to identify opportunities to launch new carriers, and managing performance of our integrated carriers
- Contributing to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
You will have a combination of practical and intellectual skills, with the ability to shift and adapt to different tasks that vary between complex analyses and hands-on project and operations management.
