Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- 2+ years of professional supply chain and logistics, operations, and/or e-commerce experience
- Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong inter-personal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key job responsibilities
As a Program Manager focusing on external fulfilment operations, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate with external fulfillment partners to ensure timely and accurate product fulfillment aligned with our transport operational standards and customer expectations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external fulfillment issues, managing communications and resolutions between stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze fulfillment performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate projects to improve fulfillment speed, reduce costs, and enhance overall service quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in external fulfillment transport operations.
- Work with BI team to design detailed reporting to track key operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Provide regular reports to management on fulfillment operations, highlighting achievements and identifying challenges with actionable insights for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to drive decision-making and support strategic operational initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams, including supply chain, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of external fulfillment transportation processes.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure alignment with transportation operational goals and standards, conducting regular performance reviews.

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- 1+ years of experience managing last mile carrier partners in Australia.
