We are seeking an accomplished Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Job Description
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Process payroll, including preparation and submission of required documentation.
  • Reconcile financial transactions, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded and compliant with standards.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and distribution statements.
  • Liaise directly with clients to address financial inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in using Xero or similar accounting software to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and streamline accounting processes.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Demonstrates ownership and pride in their work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial operations.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining compliance and meeting deadlines.
