ASX Listed Property Group is seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Executive to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a highly regarded property owner that operates throughout Australia and is undergoing exceptional growth.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for someone with direct experience in retail/shopping centre leasing, or CML, with an agency or property owner/landlord. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation experience, a strong network in the retail market and a keen sense of the latest retail trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants and owners
  • Reviewing new lease deals and renewals and negotiating through to closure
  • Negotiation
  • Maintaining and advising around the correct tenant mix
  • Delivering leasing strategy plans to ensure the best business outcomes for both owners and tenants

**Requirements:**

  • Direct experience in retail/shopping centre leasing, or CML, with an agency or property owner/landlord
  • Strong negotiation experience
  • Strong network in the retail market and a keen sense of the latest retail trends
  • Good understanding of retail concepts, leasing procedures, management of operations and trade mix planning
  • Good knowledge in structuring leasing contracts with strong analytical and negotiation skills
