Participant and Program Support Officer

This role provides an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality professional learning experiences for participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage scheduling of programs to ensure coherent course delivery across all programs over multiple years
  • Manage online registration and application processes to ensure a seamless experience for participants
  • Coordinate participant communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Organize catering and participant accessibility requirements to ensure a comfortable and inclusive environment
  • Monitor and report on participation-related key performance indicators to assess and improve the overall participant experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service and deliver seamless service to clients
  • Experience in monitoring project performance against program objectives, identifying and managing risks and issues to ensure program objectives are met
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to effectively engage, build positive relationships, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Effective problem-solving capability to resolve or escalate issues or queries
