About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Keilor Park or surrounding areas. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals with complex behaviours, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behaviour support services to individuals with complex behaviours
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies to reduce the use of restrictive practices
  • Provide training and education to individuals and their support networks on behaviour support strategies
Requirements
  • Current suitability with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across a multidisciplinary team
  • Outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
