A unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our professional and friendly team in Keilor Park or nearby areas.

We require someone who already has registration with the Commission to work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner for a registered NDIS provider and can demonstrate a sound knowledge of the Positive Behaviour Support Model of reducing the use of Restrictive Practices.

Our team is committed to service excellence, and we are looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner who can deliver evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes.

About the Role

  • Current suitability with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across a multidisciplinary team.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

  • Formal qualifications of relevance to providing supports to people with behaviours of concern AND/OR considerable experience providing support to people with complex behaviours, either professionally and/or personally, is essential.
