Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Keilor Park. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work with our multidisciplinary team to provide support to individuals with complex behaviours. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, working with participants to understand the drivers of their behaviours, and providing evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Work with participants to understand the drivers of their behaviours
  • Provide evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support
Requirements
  • Current suitability with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across a multidisciplinary team
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Current Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle
