About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Keilor Park. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals with complex behaviours, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behaviour support services to individuals with complex behaviours
  • Work effectively across a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans that promote functional behavioural outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a client-centred approach
Requirements
  • Current suitability with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across a multidisciplinary team
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Current Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle
