Gaming Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gaming Supervisor to lead our gaming team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gaming operations and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the gaming team to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development of gaming floor operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and report on gaming floor performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Current RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG certifications.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a gaming environment.
- Strong knowledge of gaming floor operations and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster and have strong availability including overnights and weekends.
