About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Priceline North Haven. As a Pharmacist with our company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Medication Management: Ensure precise dispensing and strict compliance with Pharmacy Board and HIC regulations, actively manage medication therapy for patients, and optimize their health outcomes.
- Expert Consultations: Provide expert advice and counseling to patients, collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient care, and expand your scope of practice with specialized services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our community by hosting wellness events, workshops, and support groups, further solidifying our pharmacy as a trusted healthcare destination.
- Proactive Leadership: Lead by example, providing proactive and inclusive leadership to store employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Supervision: Front of shop and dispensary supervision, ensuring staff is organized, rostered, delegated to, incentivized, and supervised to maximize service.
About You
We are looking for a healthcare advocate who possesses:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current Working with Children Clearance
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR Registrations
- Current Vaccination registrations
- Weekend availability
