Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the delivery of one or more key stages of development projects.
  • Manage due diligence, site/master planning, and feasibility preparation and assessment.
  • Develop and update project funding strategies.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for design consultants and contractors.
  • Oversee land sales and project staff, external consultants, and other resources.
  • Formulate and implement project procurement strategies.

Regular travel within South-East and Regional Queensland is a requirement of the role.
