Our organisation is seeking individuals to work within our Reception Sleepover teams. This part-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity for mature and dedicated customer service professionals to join our close-knit team environment.

The role involves welcoming customers in person or over the phone, providing support with general enquiries, maintaining presentation standards in reception areas, and coordinating emergency services when needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles, excellent communication skills, and hold current certifications such as Senior First Aid and Police Clearance.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word
