Key Roles and Responsibilities

This role leads the Salvage team, providing support to Operations leadership in running the function for our site. Supervising aspects of designated operations business include book in, inspections, yard logistics, stock movement, quality assurance, and entry/exit control.

Utilizing exceptional communication skills, you will lead and motivate your team to ensure quality delivery and timeliness vehicle preparation for sale and cost control across all selling streams.

A key responsibility is planning, systems implementation, reporting, and administration. This includes managing work, health, and safety, people leadership, customer service, internal/external communication, and training development.

The successful candidate has experience in similar leadership roles within a medium to large organization, holding a forklift ticket and valid driver's license. Strong technology skills are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Comfortable working outdoors, you will spend extended periods in various terrains across our yards.
