Lead Operations Team

As a collaborative leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) Manager with all aspects of safety, people, service, productivity, cost, and inventory.

Key responsibilities include leading the CFC team to achieve safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement goals, coordinating and overseeing fulfilment and delivery operations, implementing efficient inventory processes, managing workflow and labour resources, and providing feedback and support to team members.

About You

You will need to demonstrate strong people management and communication skills, a strong customer service ethic, drive for Continuous Improvement, agility in approach and execution, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite.

Prior experience in a Warehouse or Logistics Operational Team Leader role is essential. Tertiary study in Supply Chain and/or Logistics would be well regarded.
