**Marketing Excellence Position**:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's image and connecting with our audience. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance presence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans within budgets to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Localise global marketing strategies to suit the Australian market while maintaining alignment with global brand standards
  • Manage digital marketing activities and homepage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers and industry professionals
  • Analyse and report on all promotional activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovative marketing strategies
  • Lead the marketing team by providing guidance and support in achieving departmental and organisational goals

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in PR/Communications, Marketing/Media or similar
  • Demonstrable marketing experience within a retail environment
  • Strong understanding of brand management, with a strong alignment to MUJI's values
  • Customer centric approach, adaptable and collaborative mindset, with a desire to innovate and make continuous improvements
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with strong project management and organisational skills
  • Proficient with design and content creation tools (Adobe, Canva)
  • Intermediate PC skills, Excel and MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with CRM, CMS and digital analytics tools
