Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Legal Risk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our risk management unit, you will provide critical legal advice to support the growth and success of our organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional and client-oriented service.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on various aspects of our business, including funding, markets, client advisory, IT, and procurement.
- Coordinate the documentation and execution of funding and other transactions, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and format information for internal and external distribution, writing letters, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records, managing electronic and paper filing systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary legal qualifications, with 1-5 years post-admission experience in either in-house or firm environments.
