Key Responsibilities
- Owner operations end-to-end, ensuring cadences and administrative infrastructure are in place.
- Set up and drive project tracking, supporting various projects, and iterating on processes as Canva grows.
- Manage time, calendar, and email for the team, including triage and external email drafting.
- Own visual communication delivery, creating impactful decks and storytelling for internal and external audiences.
- Proactively drive initiatives forward, coordinating and tracking timelines, milestones, and statuses.
- Forecast and predict emerging opportunities across Canva, preemptively working on solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Operations, Program, or Project Management in a tech environment.
- Ability to thrive in a reactive, fast-paced environment, pivoting quickly and managing a high volume of requests.
- Strong visual communication skills, creating on-brand decks on the fly.
- Experience prioritizing, managing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment.
- Keen eye for detail and a desire to uphold high standards of excellence.
- Self-motivation, a desire to constantly learn and develop a wide range of skills.
- Curiosity, inquisitiveness, and proactivity, with the confidence to build networks to support the lead and their remit.
