We are seeking a talented individual to be part of our Treatment Centers, providing expert consultations and recommending suitable treatments to clients. As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional sales and after-sales service with care and patience, while also providing professional advice on health, beauty, and slimming for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments
  • To deliver excellent sales and after-sales service with care and patience
  • To provide professional advice on health, beauty, and slimming for clients
  • To manage upselling, follow-ups, and other client management matters
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with our clientele

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge in Medical Beauty treatments
  • Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • A proven sales track record is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present professionally and work under pressure
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in the cosmetics or medical beauty industry, preferably as a consultant or sales representative
  • Fluency in spoken Cantonese or Mandarin, along with English
