We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new technologies.
">Key Responsibilities:- Manage Windows and Linux workstations within various environments.
- Troubleshoot application functionality, crashes, and performance issues.
- Investigate user performance and collaborate with external teams to enhance user experience.
- Assist customers with Tier 2 incident resolution for Linux and Windows applications.
- Provide remote end-user desktop support.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
- Communicate effectively with various individuals and work well in small and large team environments.
- Participate in special projects as required.
