HR Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Grand Hyatt Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry, and system adjustments to ensure the efficient running of operations.

  • Coordinating various HR activities in alignment with our purpose: We Care for People so They can be Their Best
  • Providing energized experiences for colleagues as the Concierge of Human Resources
  • Supporting the delivery of training modules, including hotel orientations

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with others and creating a positive impact in the workplace is essential. You should also have:

  • a passion for organization and attention to detail
  • the ability to think creatively and approach challenges from different perspectives
  • ongoing working rights for Australia (temporary visa entrants and non-visa holders will not be considered)
