  • Culinary Safety and Sanitation: Maintain stringent standards for food safety and hygiene to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Quality Control: Regularly monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes to guarantee they meet high standards in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve efficient meal preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Head Chefs to design and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs

• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times

• Manage and maintain accurate records of food inventory, orders, and waste management

• Develop and execute strategies for improving customer satisfaction through quality food service
