Job Overview

The IT Client Services Team Lead is responsible for reviewing, understanding, and prioritizing support issues for two key service delivery teams: Applications Support and the IT Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing operational level management and technical leadership to the IT Client Services Team.
  • Investigating complex issues using root cause analysis with business and technical Subject Matter Experts.
  • Implementing process improvements with a focus on efficiency, user experience, and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Working closely with internal teams and external third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.

This role requires a strong customer service focus, ability to maintain service delivery standards, and experience in managing competing priorities including ICT specific projects and business as usual.
