Senior ICT Manager

We are seeking a strategic and experienced technology leader to drive the direction, operations, and advancement of our technology environment.
This pivotal role involves delivering, securing, and performing ICT infrastructure across all corporate and functional divisions. As a key member of our team, you will lead high-performing teams, oversee major projects, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a high-performing ICT team
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee ICT projects from initiation through to completion
- Develop and implement ICT policies aligned with strategic business goals
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of network systems, data management, and software applications
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Achieve Results:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and 7–10 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience managing IT teams, projects, and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as the Essential Eight
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and ICT governance
