**Job Title: Senior ICT Asset Manager**The role of a Senior ICT Asset Manager involves leading a team of asset officers responsible for managing all aspects of the asset and configuration management life cycle, including development, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design and implement an operating model that reflects new ways of working.
  • Manage asset stocktake and audits.
  • Design, build, deploy, and support hardware fleet, while implementing technical change management activities.
  • Investigate complex technical problems and engage others to assist in addressing problems.
**Requirements:**
  • Proven experience in leading teams to deliver ICT services through ICT management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Excellent knowledge of ICT asset management, configuration management, and warehousing processes.
  • Strong skills in freight forwarding, logistics, inventory administration, purchasing, or supply chain administration.
  • Ability to undertake ICT asset functions in complex geographically diverse organizations.
