Austin Health is a major provider of tertiary health services, professional education and research across three campuses in the northeast of Melbourne.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly experienced Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our Palliative Care Service as the **Palliative Care CNC Team Leader**. This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership and management to the Palliative Care CNC team.

Palliative Care Services are located with comprehensive cancer services at the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness and Research Centre at Austin Health. The services include a 24-bed specialist inpatient Palliative Care Unit, a Consultancy service to inpatients of the Austin Hospital, an Outpatient Clinic, Palliative Care Clinical Trials, a Palliative Care Acute Transition Home (PATH) service, and liaising with regional Community Palliative Care Services for the support of patients at home.
