Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking and assisting with professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy
  • Participating in a 24-month graduate program with up to four six-month rotations across teams including Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Special Valuations
  • Providing valuation support and advice to the Valuer General and government clusters
  • Gaining exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions
About You

The company is looking for candidates who possess:

  • Drive, motivation, and commitment to learning with self-reflection ability
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make decisions within delegation on valuation matters
  • Deliver on outcomes that are transparent, objective, on time and in accordance with relevant requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and their application
  • Student or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute
  • Completion of or undertaking qualifications eligible for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute by end of 2025
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel

Training & Development
