Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Commonwealth Psychosocial Support (CPS) program as a Team Leader. The CPS Team Leader will oversee a team of Recovery Workers to deliver high-quality psychosocial support to individuals with severe mental health conditions who do not qualify for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless program operations by meeting CPS funding guidelines, organizational policies, and maintaining ethical standards.
- Program Delivery: Manage tailored psychosocial support provided to clients, including assessments, goal-setting, and individual recovery plans.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to a dedicated team of Recovery Workers, promoting a positive work culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, families, community services, and external stakeholders, advocating for client needs and service improvements.
